Loss-in-Weight Coating System
NETZSCH Coating systems are optimized for achieving the full coating of every particle with a low consumption of additives and with a final product free of agglomerates.
NETZSCH has designed a complete loss-in-weight system for both mineral and stearic acid where the mass flow is constantly monitored and controlled by a PLC.
This system is mostly used to coat Calcium Carbonate with Stearic Acid, but it can be used to coat other minerals in combination with other additives.
