Dry Fine Grinding & Classifying - Pamir

Advanced systems for precise, energy-efficient mineral processing

Bead Mill Pamir with Air Classifier Mistral

The Pamir is a highly efficient ultrafine mill used in the processing of minerals and ceramics. Compared to traditional ball mills, the Pamir allows to produce extremely fine products with very high throughput capacities and low specific energy consumption.

Technical Data

  • Motor Power: The Pamir is available in various sizes, ranging from 4 kW to 3000 kW.
  • Throughput Capacity: Depending on the size and product, throughput capacities can range from 0.32 t/h to 120 t/h.
  • Combination with Classifiers: In a grinding/classifying circuit, mineral fillers with a particle size of less than 1.5 µm can be produced. The air classifier removes the fine product from the grinding circuit, while the coarse product, along with the fresh feed, is returned to the mill.
  • Energy Efficiency and Productivity: Thanks to the optimized operating mode, a low circulating load is achieved, allowing for a specific and adjustable particle size distribution.

The Pamir thus offers an efficient solution for the fine grinding and classification of mineral and ceramic materials, standing out with its high energy efficiency and productivity.

In combination with our Turbo Classifier, Mistral allows us to achieve stiff PSD that is highly appreciated in markets as plastic, paints, etc.

Key Features of the Pamir compared to a ball mill

Three times higher energy density
One third smaller construction volume
Low sub-micron content in the product
Effective grinding with low grinding energy
Hands forming a heart shape with a glowing light in the background, conveying warmth and connection in a soft monochrome setting.
