ISO Certifications
For NETZSCH Lohnmahltechnik, ISO certifications such as ISO 9001, 14001, and 50001 offer significant advantages. They highlight our commitment to the highest quality standards, environmental responsibility, and energy efficiency. These certifications not only demonstrate our expertise but also strengthen the trust our customers and partners have in our services.

ISO 9001: Quality Management
We got our new Certificate dated July 22, 2024. The audit was passed without major nor minor deviation.
Especially newest legal request regarding global heating was shown by means of context analysis properly. Managementsystem „viflow“ was replaced by „Q.wiki“ and already presented. Motivated by customer wishes and requirements from safety at work, there have been prepared new instruction manual, risk analysis and process instructions.

ISO 14001: Environmental Management
First repeated audit was held November 2023. The audit result was without major and minor deviation.
All production plants at NETZSCH Lohnmahltechnik are authorized by means of BImSchG and are regularly monitored during operation. Actual measurements of outgoing air showed a residual dust content of 0.002 mg/m³ for example material with a limited value of 0.5 mg/m³, which shows a value far beyond the limited residual dust content. Another example for a regular material with a limit at 20 mg/m³ the measured value showed 0.4 mg/m³.
Waste separation was improved further, that a separation at the best possible rate according to KrWG could achieved.
Every new material to be toll processed is professionally classified by means of a self-developed risk analysis tool, to ensure that toll processing is safely for our operators.

ISO 50001: Energy Management
Repeated audit took place at Bobingen on June 26, 2024, and in Hanau on July 16, 2024.
ISO 50001 requires a continuously improvement in energy saving. Therefore, an intensive data analysis of existing measurements for consumption of compressed air, electricity and produced material amount has been made. Using mathematic linear regression method linear equation could be found. That equation considers variables such as maximum particle size of fine product, grinding type, grinding pressure, ambient conditions and material hardness.
The result of analytical calculated value confirms the real invoiced electricity consumption by 96 %, that is independent whether at Bobingen or Hanau site.
