Customer Experience Center Exton
NETZSCH Premier Technologies’ Exton facility serves as the central North American hub for application testing, technical collaboration, and customer engagement. The site combines a modern application laboratory with a dedicated Customer Experience Center, supporting hands-on process development as well as in-person collaboration.
Together, these spaces enable customers and partners to move seamlessly from technical discussion to live demonstration. From laboratory-scale trials to pilot testing and production-related considerations, the Exton facility supports confident process decisions at every stage.
Application Laboratory
The Exton application laboratory supports customer trials, internal training, and application development across NETZSCH’s core markets. With an efficient layout and dedicated spaces, the lab enables workflows for wet and dry processing, as well as pharmaceutical and food-focused applications.
The laboratory supports a broad range of material types and processing requirements, including:
- Early-stage formulation development
- Process optimization and troubleshooting
- Feasibility studies and comparative technology evaluations
- Pilot-scale testing to support scale-up discussions
Day-to-day operations are led by NETZSCH’s technical team under the direction of Lab Manager Orkhan Abdullayev. The team provides hands-on support for process discussions, live demonstrations, and application testing.

Customer Experience Center
The Customer Experience Center at the Exton location is designed to support meaningful, face-to-face engagement with customers and partners.
The Center features modern conference rooms and flexible meeting spaces for:
- Customer visits and technical reviews
- Strategy discussions and project meetings
- Training sessions and seminars
- Larger presentations and collaborative workshops
Located directly next to the application laboratory, the Customer Experience Center complements hands-on technical work with dedicated space for presentations, discussions, and training. This creates a cohesive on-site customer experience — from initial conversation to live demonstration.

In this way we can work directly with the customer to guarantee that the tests are carried out exactly according to their requirements and specifications. After completion of the tests the customer is provided with a comprehensive test report showing the results and the final product is returned according to the customer´s instructions.
