Excellence in Operation 2024 – Classification of Machines in SAP
Our team successfully implemented a system in SAP to classify machines (equipment) and create a digital file for all relevant documents. This was no small feat: gathering and organizing data from across the globe required tremendous effort, precision, and teamwork.
The result is a powerful tool that consolidates key information about machines and their configurations into a single, comprehensive database. This benefits everyone working with our customers by enabling quick access to detailed data, improving service quality, and strengthening customer relationships. The integration with other systems also brings us closer to achieving a true 360-degree view of our customers, including the technical details of their installed equipment.
