Torta Prensada de Cacau 

A pasta de cacau finamente moída é separada em manteiga de cacau líquida e torta prensada de cacau em uma câmara de filtro-prensa.


Enquanto a manteiga de cacau é filtrada e descarregada em forma de líquido ou blocos, a torta prensada de cacau é pré-moída em trituradores em forma de rolo e então moída a seco em pó fino de cacau.
