Please use the appropriate registration form. The registrations will be handled in order of date of receipt.

Some days after registration, you will receive a confirmation. Shortly before the event, you will receive a description of how to reach the venue and - depending on the type of the event - a reservation confirmation for your hotel room.

For customers inside the EC: Please do always tell us your value added tax identification number.

In general, the accommodation costs are included in the course fee.

However, if they are not included, we request you to kindly pay for your hotel room when you check out.

For all the courses we offer, we have a certain number of rooms available at the location of the event or in close proximity. We would be happy to reserve a room for you at one of these hotels. For this purpose we require your date of arrival and departure.

코스 및 세미나 또는 개별 교육이 진행되기 직전에 귀하에게 청구서가 발송되며, 귀하로부터 받은 청구서 주소로 청구서가 발송됩니다. 청구서 수신 주소를 알려주지 않으면 세미나 참가자에게 직접 청구서가 발송됩니다. 독일에서 개최되는 세미나의 경우, 법적으로 유효한 부가가치세율(현재 19%)이 부과됩니다. (예외: VAT 번호가 있는 EU 내 고객)

The registration can be cancelled free-of-charge up to 14 days before the start of the event. If we receive cancellation at a later date, then any hotel costs incurred will be charged.

We require written cancellation. Surrogate participants are accepted.

If the program of the event is not available as a download on our website, then each participant will receive a complete event schedule by fax or e-mail shortly before the event.

We reserve the right to modify the schedule/program.

NETZSCH-Feinmahltechnik GmbH and NETZSCH Trockenmahltechnik GmbH reserve the right to cancel planned events up until one week before they begin. Should this be the case, affected participants will be informed immediately. NETZSCH-Feinmahltechnik GmbH and NETZSCH Trockenmahltechnik GmbH will not be liable for compensation for damages.

Any training documents and lists of participants from our events are only intended for the personal use of the participants. A duplication or disclosure of these documents to third persons is not allowed.
