Printing Inks Inkjet

PRINTING INKS

Inkjet

Inkjet refers to a non-contact printing method in which jets are used to apply the printing ink to the print surface in the form of minute drops.

Inkjet

The ink is discharged through a piezoelectric or thermal process. In home/small offices as well as in wide and super-wide format printers, the trend is toward the use of water- or solvent-based pigmented inks or of pigmented UV inks. In order to guarantee high color brilliance and exact detail in the print, the scale of the organic and inorganic pigments of the inkjet inks lies in the nanometer range. Our Zeta® Model LMZ High-speed Circulation Mill in the zirconia or PU design for metal-free processing lends itself to the manufacture of stable pigment dispersions. Our MiniCer® and MiniPur are suitable for the smallest batches on a laboratory scale.
