고속 충격식 분쇄기 _Condux

고속 충격식 분쇄기 Condux^®는 모경도가 3 – 3.5 까지의 다양한 제품 분쇄에 적합한 충격식 분쇄기입니다.

제품 특성에 따라 다양한 분쇄기구의 장착이 가능하여 운전 조건을 다양하게 변화할 수 있습니다. 요구되는 제품 특성이 변화하였을 경우에도 적합한 형태의 분쇄 기구로 간단하게 교체하여 원하는 제품을 얻을 수 있습니다.

응용 분야나 제품에 따라 서로 다른 형태의 분쇄 기구를 장착할 수 있으며 다음과 같은 분쇄 기구로 교체 사용이 가능합니다. – Pin mill, Blast mill, Beater mill, Attrition disk mill.

특히, Pin 형태의 분쇄 기구는 하나 또는 두 개의 모터를 이용하여 single 로터 혹은 counter 로터를 사용하여 입도를 제어할 수 있습니다.

The newly designed Condux^® Impact Mill with an integrated dynamic air classifier is used when the desired final fineness cannot be achieved with conventional screenless pin mills or blast mills with screen inserts. In contrast to conventional classifier mills, the grinding disc and classifier wheel are torque-proof connected to each other and are operated by a common drive motor. By adjusting the height of the classifier wheel, it is possible to achieve a variable setting of the separation limit in a simple way.

With the Condux^® CP, high finenesses (< 30 µm) and exact upper particle size limitation can be achieved.

안전성 측면에서 폭발 가능성이 있는 제품 분쇄 시 분쇄 기술과 플랜트 설계에 대한 높은 기준이 요구됩니다. 일반적으로 최대 10 bar (g)까지의 폭발 압력을 견딜 수 있는 시스템이 사용되지만 상당한 장비 비용이 발생합니다.

그러나 새로운 ATEX 플랜트 컨셉인 Condux^® Compact는 보다 쉽고 효율적인 분쇄 시스템을 설치하는 것이 가능합니다. 더 이상 폭발 방지 밸브, 폭발 억제 장치, 폭발 방지 장치, 팬 및 먼지 필터 시스템은 새로 개발 된 플랜트 컨셉에서 필요하지 않습니다.
