NETZSCH Announces Commercial Leadership Transition and Reinforces Market Presence

NETZSCH Grinding & Dispersing would like to share an important update regarding its commercial leadership, resulting from a planned succession and organizational development process.

After more than 21 years of a career marked by dedication, achievements, and significant contributions to the company’s growth, Paulo Eduardo Reuters, Sales Director, will conclude his tenure in NETZSCH’s commercial leadership at the end of September 2026. Throughout his journey, Paulo played a key role in expanding the business, strengthening relationships with customers and partners, and consolidating NETZSCH’s presence across multiple markets. His work leaves an important legacy for the company and for the development of our sales team.

As part of this transition, we are pleased to announce the arrival of Jonny Rebello, who will assume leadership of the Sales department on October 1, 2026. With solid experience in sales, business development, and commercial management, Jonny joins NETZSCH to continue our growth strategy, maintaining a strong focus on customer proximity, service excellence, and value creation through innovative solutions.

In addition, we are pleased to announce that our partnership with Paulo will continue. Starting in October, through Reutec Representação Comercial Ltda., Paulo will begin a new chapter in his professional career, serving as NETZSCH Grinding & Dispersing’s representative for the agrochemical and coatings segments in Brazil’s Southeast region. This new phase provides an opportunity to expand his market presence while offering customers the benefit of the experience, technical expertise, and relationships he has built over more than two decades in the industry, further strengthening NETZSCH’s proximity to key strategic markets.

During the month of September, Paulo and Jonny will work together through a structured transition process, ensuring continuity of projects, operations, and the relationships built over the years. We would like to emphasize that this evolution of our commercial structure fully preserves our commitment to quality, innovation, and the specialized support that our customers and partners have come to know and trust.

We appreciate the trust placed in our team and remain at your disposal to support your challenges and contribute to the success of your business.
