In order to fulfill each single customer`s needs and requirements, Grinding and Classifying machines can be integrated into complete systems & plants (pre-crushing, granulates, silos,etc).
Calcium Carbonate Milling & Classifying
Supply of a complete Grinding and Classifying System including one 1.4 MW Ball Mill with two 1200SD Turbo Classifier fed simultaneously. Production is 18.0 t/h of d98 < 10 µm.
Diatomite Classification
Diatomite is an abrasive and very light material. Customer's Target was to obtain d98 < 15 µm 300CD Turbo Classifier with Aluminium Oxide rotor.
All parts inside the machine in contact with the product are lined with ceramic tiles in order to prevent abrasion
Calcium Carbonate Plant
Plant producing CaCO3 of d90 = 80µm and coarser products with a Roller Mill equipped with Turbo Classifier, Dynamic Classifier, pre-crushing and all the periphery and engineering of this plant. In this case, also fully automated palletizer and bagging system was supplied by NETZSCH.
Bauxite Grinding & Classification
Customer's Target was to obtain 21 t/h at d50 < 6µm 1200 SD and Ball mill 2865
