NETZSCH will be exhibiting at CFIA Rennes 2025, which will be held from March 4th to 6th at Rennes Parc Expo in the heart of Europe's top food-processing region. An important application is protein shifting and enrichment through the use of dry grinding and classifying. The NETZSCH process of dry fractionation is achieved through the fine grinding and efficient separation of the starch-protein mixture. The result is a protein-rich fraction with considerably higher protein content than the initial material.
